Tell us what's wrong.
Brands compete live to fix it.
eBuzz.ai is a problem-first, chat-based marketplace. Describe your problem, get a plan and a shortlist of three, and watch the shortlisted vendors send you live offers while you decide. Between purchases, short ad-funded games earn you shopping credits.
How it works
No endless catalog and no page-one ads. A conversation that ends in the best offer from the brands that actually solve your problem.
Describe the problem
"My dog destroys every toy." The Concierge asks up to 3 quick questions, shown as tappable chips.
Get a plan + shortlist
A step-by-step fix and ~3 products, with "why this" explanations. Browsing stays limited to this problem.
Vendors compete live
Shortlisted vendors send private offers. Tap "Ask for a better deal". Vendors can ask for a few minutes. It all happens alongside the chat.
Play & win credits
Short skill games, paid for by ads, earn store credits that are applied automatically at checkout.
Buzz Feed: social proof that travels
One social feed in the Shopper, Vendor, Supplier and Admin portals. Real reviews and stories, seller replies, platform updates and feedback, labelled brand promotions and contextual banner ads, with moderation built in.
Post & share
Reviews with star ratings and a Verified purchase badge, stories, tips and questions. Share to TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, or copy a link. Send feedback to the eBuzz team.
Promote & reply
Sponsored promotions with budgets and targeting (reviewed by eBuzz), brand replies to reviews, and a view of every mention.
Reply, advertise & sell
Answer reviews of the products they sold (AI-drafted replies), buy self-serve promotions and ads, and publish their own storefront landing page.
Moderate, update & monetise
Post platform updates, answer platform feedback publicly, AI plus human moderation, promotion ad review, and banner ads from Google Ad Manager and Microsoft Advertising, contextual-only and capped.
Clickable prototype
Every portal is chat-first: a copilot in the centre, interactive components inside the conversation, and a context panel with only what matters right now.

Open →⚡ Try the live negotiation
Open Shopper and Deal Room in two browser tabs side by side. Say "my back hurts" as the shopper, then tap Ask for a better deal. The request shows up in the Deal Room, and your offer (or "Need 5 min") goes straight back to the shopper. Admin, Supplier and Agent Ops update live too.
Validation, in brief
The model works, and it stands out if we build on the one thing giants won't copy: live competition at the shortlist moment.
The Deal Room is the moat
Chat discovery is becoming a commodity (Alexa for Shopping, Google AI Mode, ChatGPT, Perplexity). Live multi-vendor offers aren't, and they create price-elasticity data no one else has.
Design for law & trust
Session-scoped, anonymised "price to beat" (antitrust). Skill-based, free-to-play games with published odds (sweepstakes law, EU Digital Fairness Act). Agents negotiate instantly, which fixes Priceline's old "bidding hassle".
More ways to win
Start in one vertical (Home, Sleep & WFH Wellness). Brand-sponsored game levels. Deal Boost + vendor SaaS. Offer eBuzz deals to other AI agents through the UCP/ACP protocols.
The business
Commission on every transaction plus advertising, with retail media and vendor SaaS on top. Planning estimates:
Local-first, private by design
Every portal keeps its data in a SQLite database on the device and syncs it across devices. Personal and financial details are encrypted on the device, so the central database stores only what the platform strictly needs.
Memory & conversations
What the Concierge remembers about you never leaves your device.
Name, email, address, phone
Encrypted on the device (AES-256-GCM) and synced as ciphertext. Only your own devices can read it. Admins see a pseudonymous ID.
Only what's required
Order amounts for settlement, state for sales tax, the credit ledger for fraud checks, and roles for access control. Card numbers stay with the payment processor.
Try it: open any portal, click the sync chip in the top bar, then choose "Open as Phone" to watch a second device sync.
An AI-first company
26 agents run every operational process. Humans approve anything that publishes content, signs contracts or moves money.
